The Tamiya Volkswagen Type 2 (T1) is an impressive scale replica of the iconic VW bus, built on Tamiya’s proven M-06 chassis. This particular bus is the Samba version (also known as the “Sunroof Deluxe”), which was the most “luxurious” Type 2 and was known for its many unique features, including 23 windows, two pivot side doors, and fabric sun roof, and the “hat” over the windshield to block the sun from the driver’s eyes....
