Tranny trouble After the gearbox and gears have been cleaned of old lubricant, cover the gears with a thin coating of fresh lube. Above: slightly loosen the screws that hold the gearbox together to free up the tranny. Right: use thread-lock (DuraTrax Pit Tech Threadlocker is shown here) on hardware that threads into metal, like these screws that go into the aluminum motor plate, to prevent further loosening. I just tore down my electric stadium...
