At the heart of Ken Sutherland's heavy metal build is a 1960s-era Tonka truck cab, which he added onto for nearly a year until he ended up with the 4-foot-long beast you see here. The entire body (aside from that vintage lower cab section) is fabricated from aluminum and held together with more than 200 aluminum rivets.
